Do you prefer a relaxing swim indoors? Or a calorie burning work out? Then, Clubhouse II maybe exactly what your looking for. Clubhouse II features an indoor swimming complex, an auditorium/theater, a computer learning center, a fitness facility, billiards room, ceramics, lapidary, several meeting rooms, and outdoor tennis courts. Indoor Pool Complex

The Indoor Pool complex includes a lap pool, social pool, and a whirlpool. Saunas are located in the men’s and ladies’ locker rooms. Resident guests, adults and/or children, are welcome. All children (ages 4 through 15 ), must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear. Residents must have an appropriate pool pass to enter the pool. Guests also must have an appropriate pool pass and be signed in by a resident, to enter the pool. Pool Passes can be purchased at either the E&R Offices or the swimming pools (Please refer to the schedule of fees below). Residents and guests are expected to aide by the pool rules and regulations established for their own safety. Copies of the pool rules and regulations are available in the E&R Offices of both clubhouses.

Auditorium/Theater

Theatrical, musical, and educational events are scheduled regularly in the Auditorium/Theater located in Clubhouse II.   Watch for upcoming events published in the Leisure World News. For additional information on the Auditorium/Theater, please call the E&R Office at 301 598-1320.

Computer Learning Center

Residents and guests are welcome to visit the Computer Learning Center, located in Clubhouse II during the hours of operation. The computer savvy techs offer our residents a friendly environment, for beginner and advance PC and/or Mac computer training. Their goal is to enable residents in every day technology-related issues.  General use of computers for email, internet access (including wi-fi), classes, demonstrations, and Open Labs plus camaraderie, are free, unless otherwise stipulated. Fitness Facility

The Fitness Facility, located in Clubhouse II, is open daily. Users must complete and sign a ” Fitness Facility Use Agreement ” and sign in and out with each visit to the facility. Consult the E&R Office at Clubhouse II or the Fitness Facility at 301-598-1382 for availability of fitness trainers and complete rules .

Tennis Courts

Four courts are located adjacent to Clubhouse II and are open year round, weather permitting, from 7:30 am to dusk.   Written requests for times may be left in the Clubhouse II E&R Office.
