Property Manager
Hello—I’m Steve Wischmann. As Montgomery Mutual’s Property Manager I oversee the planning, organization and direction of the day to day operations of Montgomery Mutual. I work directly with the Montgomery Mutual Board of Directors and all Committee members for any/all issues pertaining to Montgomery Mutual.

Additionally, I provide liaison support between Montgomery Mutual and Leisure World of Maryland Corporation. I develop contractual terms and specifications for all projects and provide follow up on all outside contractual work and/or Physical Properties Department maintenance services.

Property Management Specialist

 

 

 

 

 

Hi – I am the Property Management Specialist for Montgomery Mutual and I manage daily maintenance and other construction related tasks for the Mutual.

I schedule resident work order requests and coordinate all vendors associated with these requests to ensure quality control and timely completion. Additionally, I manage the renovation process when members decide to sell their units and I assist the Property Manager with any major construction / projects.

Administrative Assistant

Hello—I’m the Administrative Assistant at Montgomery Mutual. My primary role is to be available to our residents during our office hours and provide them with information pertaining to the Mutual. I support the Montgomery Mutual Board of Directors, the Standing Committees, and our office staff in all administrative functions. When you’re in need of assistance I am the one to contact.

Mutual Accountant
Hello—I’m Marseda Llaguri. As the Mutual’s Accountant, I process payments to the Mutual and on behalf of the Mutual, prepare financial statements, work closely with the Mutual’s Budget and Finance Committee in preparing the Mutual’s annual budget, overseeing the Mutual’s investments and am involved in all things financial.

I’m glad to assist members with any questions regarding the monthly co-op fee, Mutual budget information, and real estate tax (1098) information.

Settlement Administrator

 

 

 

 

 

Hello – I’m Wendy Bethke. As the Settlement Administrator, I work with residents that are selling their memberships in the Mutual and I help potential new residents as they prepare to purchase memberships. I set up new member orientations with members of the Board of Directors.

I work with realtors, lenders and settlement offices to help finalize sales of memberships and the refinancing of memberships.

Additionally, I assist those members who want to sublet their memberships or make membership changes.
